摘    要:21世纪初,油品消费量继续增长,我国“十五”计划期间油品消费量年均增长率约为4.7%,为此需采取继续走深度加工的道路、发展清洁燃料生产技术、发展加氢技术、治理炼油厂环境污染、发展替代燃料等相应的技术政策。近年来,清洁燃料生产技术、加氢裂化、加氢处理/重油催化裂化、延迟焦化/循环流化床锅炉、燃料电池和合成燃料生产技术等重点新技术创新发展很快,促进了炼油工业的发展,本文作了评述并提出了建议。

Abstract:At the beginning of the 21 st century, the oil product consumption will be increased continuously with the annual average increasing rate as high as 4.7% approximately, so that the corresponding technological strategies must be adopted, such as for taking the way of deep conversion; development of the clean fuel production technologies; development of the hydrotreating process; control of the pollution in refineries; and using the substitutive fuels, etc. In recent years, rapid development of the world petroleum refining industry has been impelled by the progress of the new technologies, such as clean fuels production, hydrocracking, hydrotreating/resid catalytic cracking, delayed coking/CFB, fuel cells, and synthetic fuels, etc. Discussion and some suggestions are put forward for further development of China's petroleum refining industry.
