| 摘 要： | 沈阳综合配套改革试验区与辽宁沿海经济带两大规划为辽宁发展带来了前所未有的战略机遇，分析了两大区域两大战略协调发展的重大意义和必然性，提出了省级协调、合理分工、优化产业布局、完善基础设施建设等加强两大区域协调发展的对策。

| Abstract: | The plans of Shenyang comprehensive reform zone and Liaoning coastal economic zone bring an unprecendented opportunity for development of Liaoning. The important significance and necessity of the coordinated development between two zones are analyzed, and the corresponding suggestions are proposed to enhance the coordinated development between two zones. |
