三相电压型SVG的直接电流控制方法及仿真

摘    要:分析了采用三相电压型逆变器为主电路结构的静止无功发生器(SVG)装置的工作原理。通过对比不同控制方法的优缺点,采用了基于瞬时无功功率理论的三角波直接电流控制方法。该方法具有控制精度高、稳态性能好、瞬时响应快等优点。对其做了MATLAB仿真研究,结果表明,无功情况得到了很好的补偿,验证了设计方法的可行性。针对不同IGBT开关频率,对逆变器输出波形做了比较分析。

Abstract:The working principle of SVG device is analyzed by adopting three-phase voltage inverter as main circuit structure.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of different control methods,the instantaneous reactive power theory is adopted based on triangular wave direct current control method.This method has the characteristics of high control accuracy,good stability and fast response speed.MATLAB simulation results show that it has a good reactive power compensation,and the effectiveness of the design method is verified.According to different switching frequencies of IGBT,a comparative analysis is carried out for inverter output waveforms.
