摘    要:提出了贫杂氧化铅锌矿碱浸一沉淀法制备锌精矿和铅精矿的新工艺,确定了硫化钠铅锌的工艺参数,并进行小型综合实验验证该工艺的工业化可行性.沉淀铅的最佳参数为:硫化钠沉淀剂的加入量为铅质量的1.8倍、温度为70℃、反应时间为30min.沉锌的工艺条件为:硫化钠沉淀剂的加入量为需沉淀锌质量的2.4倍、温度为90℃、反应时间为3h.实验表明:铅和锌的回收率均达到80%以上,得到的锌精矿锌含量52%,铅精矿铅含量78%,均达到行业标准.

A Novel Process for Preparation of Zinc and Lead Concentrates by Lean Ores Bearing Zinc and Lead

Abstract:In this study, a novel and integrated process for production of zinc and lead concentrates by alkaline leaching and precipitation was reported and the optimum parameters of precipitation process was determined. It was found that the best condition of lead precipitation using sodium sulphide was as follows:the weight ratio of sodium sulphide/Pb 1.8, temperature of reaction 70℃ , time of reaction 60 min. And the optimal process conditions of zinc precipitation was as follows : the weight ratio of sodium sulphide/Zn 2.4, temperature of reaction 90℃, time of reaction 3 h. Finally, a small comprehensive experiment was carried out to verify its industrial feasibility. The experimental results showed that the lead and zinc recovery both reached above 80% and the quality of lead and zinc concentrates met with the industry standard.
