1998-2008年辽宁省环境与经济发展协调度分析

在阐述环境经济协调度概念的基础上，针对辽宁省的具体情况，构建了环境系统与经济系统发展指标体系，运用系统论理论，建立了环境与经济协调度模型。计算出环境系统、经济系统以及环境经济复合系统的协调度．并进行了评价。发现辽宁经济与环境系统之间不协调．经济发展是以牺牲环境为代价的，环境也会进一步制约经济的发展，需要进一步加大环保力度，发展循环经济、实施清洁生产。

Coordination degree anaysis between environment and economy development in Liaoning from 1998-2008

In this paper, the concept of coordination degree between the environment and economy development is expounded firstly. Then the index system and coordination degree model on the relationship between the stage of economic development and environmental capacity are established on the basis of system theory according to the current status of development in Liaoning. This model is used to calculate the coordination degree of environmental system, economic system and environment economy systems. The conclusion shows that the development of environment and economy in Liaoning is inharmonious and the eeonomiy development at the cost of environment will restrict the economy development, and the countermeasures are proposed for sustainable development of society and economy in Liaoning, it is including the recycling economy and non-pollution manufacture.
