| 摘 要： | 在分析了循环经济和绿色物流之间相互促进关系的基础上，从绿色运输、绿色仓储、绿色包装、绿色流通加工、绿色搬运装卸、绿色信息处理六个方面进行研究，构建出了循环绿色物流体系，提出了加强政府职能的发挥，制定法规和标准体系，加强舆论宣传等促进体系实施的保障措施。

| Abstract: | The interrelationship between recycling economy and green logistics is analyzed, and a research is carried out in the aspects of green transportation, green storage and green packaging etc,. The green logistics system is constructed and implementation measures are proposed such as enhancing the government function and consensus propaganda, and making the regulations and standard system. |
