氮掺杂TiO2光催化剂的研究进展

摘    要:氮掺杂TiO2在不降低TiO2紫外光活性的条件下,在可见光下也有很高的活性。是一种具有广阔应用前景的光催化材料。本文介绍了氮掺杂TiO2的掺杂机理、制备方法。并预测了今后的研究方向。

Abstract:Nitrogen-doped TiO2 is a kind of promising photocatalyst. It is superior to pure TiO2 in photocatalystic behavior in visible light irradiation while having similar activity in UV light. In this paper, doping mechanism and preparation methods of this photocatalyst are introduced and in the meanwhile the development tendency in this field predicted.
