玻璃中着色元素铜的X荧光快速测定

摘    要:建立了利用小型X荧光仪直接测定玻璃中着色元素Cu含量的X荧光分析方法,克服了用原子吸收分光光度法测定玻璃中着色元素铜时步骤繁琐,耕时长,工作量大的不足,该方法不但简便,快速,而且准确性高,稳定性好,分析误差满足常规化学分析法的误差要求,分析一个样品可以在15分钟内报出结果,并且不需要任何药品,在洛阳玻璃改色过程中已进行了应用,得到了令人满意的结果。

Abstract:This thesis builts a method of determining coloring element copper in glass with an X fluorescent spectrum instrument. This method is not only uncomplicated in operation and high speed in analyticity,but also high in accuracy and very good in stabilization. The analytical error is allowed by common chemical analyses,The analytical process of one sample only needs 15 minutes without any chemical reagents.This method has been applied during changing colour of LuoYang Glass Company Limited.We are satisfied with the results of application.
