摘    要:新疆下坂地水利枢纽工程是塔里木河流域近期综合治理中惟一控制性工程。枢纽建筑物为碾压式沥青心墙坝,高78m,坝顶高程为2966.00m。基岩地震加速度0.25g,地表地震加速度0.309g。坝基河床覆盖层厚度为147.95m,主要由冲积砂砾石层,湖积软粘土层、土砂层、冰碛及冰水积层组成,为典型的深厚覆盖层基础,坝基的基础处理难度很大,故基础处理是工程建设的关键问题。为此,文中将简要介绍该工程的坝基防渗处理措施及试验研究。

Abstract:Xiabandi Water Control Project is the only key project to be constructed recently in Tarim River basin in Xinjiang, of which the main structure is a rolled dam with bitumen core. The elevation of the dam is about 2 966.00 m with the surface seismic acceleration of 0.309 g and the foundation rock seismic acceleration of 0.25 g. The thickness of the river bed overburden at the dam foundation is 147.95 m and is a typical deep overburden one, which mainly consists of alluvial sand and gravel, lacustrine soft clay, silt, moraine and glacio-fluvial deposit layers. Therefore, it makes a great difficulty for the foundation treatment that is a key link in the construction of the project. So far as the foundation treatment is concerned, the anti-seepage measures and the relevant experiments with the research made therein are briefly described herein.
