摘    要:介绍了舟山发电厂烟气海水脱硫工艺原理、脱硫分散控制系统(DCS)的总体设计方案、控制范围和控制功能,分析了运行情况及存在的问题。实践表明,海水脱硫具有脱硫效率高、无添加物、无固态废弃物、成本低等优点,DCS控制方案简单,运行、维护方便,在沿海电厂具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:The seawater flue gas desulfurization theory in Zhoushan Power Plant is introduced.The overall design plan,control range and control functions of desulfurization distributed control system(DCS) are presented.And the operation and problems are analyzed.The practice shows that seawater desulfurization has the advantages of high desulfurization efficiency,no additives,no solid waste and low cost.Having the characteristics of simplicity,convenient operation and maintenance,DCS control scheme has a broad applica...
