| 摘 要： | 在分析城市智能交通技术应用现状以及城市智能交通发展趋势的基础上，设计了一个以城市交通视频数据和城市地理信息系统为主源数据的智能交通模式，重点讨论了其中的智能交通路口、城市交通控制中心以及个性化出行导航的关键技术。以视频和GIS为主源数据的城市智能交通模式能够采取主动服务的方式，能在较少车辆客户端投入和参与的情况下，满足大规模的城市交通信息服务等高级的交通智能要求。

| Abstract: | In this paper the current situation of ITS and the outlook of city traffic were firstly analyzed, then an ITS pattern based on traffic video and city GIS data was proposed, and then some key techniques of intelligent crossing, traffic control center, and personalized travel navigation were discussed. This pattern can satisfy the mass personalized travel request without complex client port work. |
