微波-气流式干燥菊花的研究

摘    要:针对菊花含水率高,且花头,花瓣含水分不均的生理特性,优化组合应用先进的微波0-气流式干燥技术,对菊花的干燥方式,方法,工艺,效果等进行了探索性研究,在达到干燥菊花的前提下,使菊花色,香,形、味不变,提高了菊化的品质。

Abstract:On the bases of chrysanthemum with highmoisture and flowers with different moisture contents,advanced microwave air current drying technology were used in chrysanthemum drying.The research was done in chrysanthemum drying fashion,method,technology,result.During the chrysanthemum drying,chrysanthemum color,fragrant,shape smell were not changed.This technology could increase the chrysanthemum quality.
