摘    要:根据生产实践,对高速无扭控冷工艺轧制的带肋钢筋供轧成分进行了分析和探讨,通过论证回归分析及预报σb、σs值,认为调低C含量既能满足钢筋强度要求,又因碳当量的降低提高了钢筋的焊接性能。

Abstract:Analyze and discuss the component of ribbed bars rolled on high speed and twist free mill and through controlled cooling process on the basis of producing exprience.The conclusion that reducing the content of carbon will accord with the requir of the carbon steel bar strength and the reducing.Carbon component will raise the properies of steel bar welding can be down by regression analysis and bs forcast.
