端羟基乳酸预聚物的合成

摘    要:聚乳酸是一种性能优良的完全生物降解高分子材料,近年来被广泛应用于生物材料。实验以L 乳酸作为原料,采用直接熔融缩合聚合法制备扩链反应的端羟基乳酸预聚物。研究探讨二醇或聚乙二醇和催化剂种类及其用量等聚合条件对预聚物分子量的影响,并采用IR,GPC和1HNMR等测试手段对预聚物进行了表征。

Abstract:As a completely biodegradable polymer PLA has considerable properties,which is being increasingly used as biomaterial for temporary therapeutic applications.The synthesis of hydroxyl terminated lactic acid prepolymer,which is used for chain-extention by direct condensation of L-lactic acid,was investigated.All polymerizations were carried out in the melt.The influences of the different polyethylene glycol and catalyst and polymerization condition on the molecular weight of prepolymer were investigated.And the prepolymer was characterized by means of IR,GPC and~1HNMR analysis.
