硅钨杂多酸催化合成丁酮1,2-丙二醇缩酮

摘    要:以硅钨杂多酸作催化剂,丁酮和1,2-丙二醇为原料合成丁酮1,2-丙二醇缩酮,采用正交试验筛选出了硅钨酸H4SiW12O40催化合成缩酮的最佳反应条件:丁酮200mmol,n(丁酮):n(1,2-丙二醇)1:1.4,催化剂用量占反应物总质量的0.5%,反应时间1.5h,丁酮1,2-丙二醇缩酮的收率可达81.2%。

Abstract:Butanone 1, 2 -propanediol ketal was synthesized from butanone and 1,2 -propanediol using H4SiW12O40 as a catalyst. The optimal reaction conditions were screened by orthogonal test method. The yield of butanone 1,2 - propanediol ketal can reach 81.2% under the conditions that butanone is 200 mmol, molar ratio of butanone to 1,2 -propanediol glycol is 1 : 1.4, the quantity of catalyst is equal to 0.5% of feed stocks, and the reaction time is 1.5 h ours.
