摘    要:为了不减少滤波成本,人们不断提高不间断电源中逆变器的脉冲调制频率。在这类逆变器中,有一部分固定损耗是由开关过程引起的。应用软开关技术可以显著减少这些损耗。本文将描述用于不间断电源中具有硬开关和软开关的逆变器。首先,给出逆变器的效率曲线。然后,在实际测量的基础上,分析逆变器的总损耗,开关损耗被分成开关损耗和导通损耗两部分。最后,互比两者的结果。

Abstract:To reduce the filter expenditure inverters in uninterruptible power supplies are pulsed increasingly with higher frequencies today. A substantial part of the losses in these inverters are caused by the switching processes. These losses can clearly be reduced by the soft-switched. In the paper inverters for uninterruptible power supplies with hard and soft-switched transistors will be described. At first the efficiency-curves of the inverters are shown. Then the total losses in the inverters are analyzed based on practical measurements. The losses in the switches are divided into switching and forward power losses. At last the results are compared to each other.
