顶空气相色谱法分析啤酒的有机组分

摘    要:介绍了采用毛细管气相色谱分析测定啤酒中的有机组分的方法。以高纯N2(99.999%)作为载气,结合自动顶空进样技术,可以对啤酒中的12种主要挥发性有机组分进行定性和定量分析,此法具有良好的重现性和准确度。

Abstract:The method of analysis of organic constituents in beer by headspace gas chromatography is given in this paper. The twelve main volatile organic constituents can be qualitative and quantitative analyzed by this way ,with high purity nitrogen gas(N2 99. 999 %) acting as carrier gas as well as with headspace automatic sampling technology used. A good sparation efficiency and reappearance is gotten.
