摘    要:某电厂7号机组投运半年后,发电机52号槽线棒温度达66.5℃,线棒间温差高达14℃以上。分析原因为52号槽线棒发生堵塞,用反冲洗方法无法清除。大修时,采用水锤法吹扫,冲洗出大量的黑色氧化物,处理后机组带330 MW负荷时,52号槽线棒温度为52℃,温差仅为4.6℃。但发电机定冷水化验显示pH值偏低。文章主要介绍了水锤法的处理过程和方法,并对发电机内冷水质提出了建议,为防止绕组空心导线被局部腐蚀,应适时采取化学方法对线棒进行清洗除垢。

Handling of Stator Bar Local Clogging of 330 MW Water-Hydrogen-Hydrogen Cooled Generator

Abstract:The temperature of NO. 52 stator winding slot bar of NO. 7 generator in one power plant reached 66. 5 ℃ after half year' s operation since commissioning, the temperature difference between bars reached as high as 14 ℃ .Through analysis, it was found, clogging occurred in the upper layer bar of NO. 52 slot, it couldn' t be cleaned by using back-washing method. During overhaul, by using water hammer method to purge, a lot of black oxides were purged out. After handling, when the load of generator reached 330 MW, the temperature of NO. 52 winding slot bar was 52 ℃, temperature differece being only 4.6 K, but the pH value of cooling water of generator stator was low. The paper mainly briefed the handling process and method of water hammer and put forwatrd the proposals on the cooling water quaiily of generator stator. For preventing local corrosion of winding hollow conductors, chemical method should be taken timely to clean the stator bars.
