| 摘 要： | 阐述了企业信用国内外研究现状，从信息经济学意义、市场经济发展要求、装备承制单位信用环境、装备承制单位资格审查等方面论述了装备承制单位信用分析的必要性，给出了装备承制单位信用概念和内涵，确定了装备承制单位信用分析目标和影响要素选取方法，在专家综合分析和判断的基础上，用解释结构模型对装备承制单位信用影响要素进行了分析，建立了装备承制单位信用评价指标体系。 |

| Abstract: | It expounds the present situation of the international and domestic research on enterprise's credit;discusses the necessity of the equipment contractor's credit from the meaning of information economics,the request of the market economy's development,the environment of the equipment contractor's credit and the qualification reviewing of equipment contractor;gives the concept and the connotation about the equipment contractor's credit;defines the analytical targets and the factors-affected selection method about the equipment contractor's credit on the basis of expert's comprehensive analysis and judgment;analyzes the factors-affected on equipment contractor's credit with interpretative structural model;and establishes the evaluation index system of the equipment contractor's credit. |
