含油污水处理工艺技术应用分析

摘    要:对两种不同含油污水处理工艺流程进行了应用效果对比。采用两次沉降除油、两级浓度过滤的含油污水处理工艺流程,对污水含油量变化适应性强,水质易于保证,能够满足油田注水水质要求’其缺点是除油罐体积大,一般都在30m^3以上,而且至少要两座,占地面积大。而小型高效除油设施体积小,占地面积少,但要求污水含油量在平稳状态下运行,处理后的水质容易超标准。

Abstract:The authors compares the application effectiveness of two different kinds of process flows of disposal of oily sewage;The process flow using removal oil with two times settlement and 2*.stage depth filter has better treation result,which is easy to ensure the water quality.Whereas the process flow of small high efficiency oil removal device requires higher using condition and after filtation the water quality is easy to exceed standard.
