大型低速增压风洞制造关键技术与成形机理

摘    要:在中国国家自然科学基金重点项目《特大件成形制造技术基础研究》和中国哈尔滨市科技创新人才研究专项资金项目《异型截面法兰的精密弯曲成形技术》共同资助下,针对中国4 m量级试验段尺寸低速增压风洞(PLSWT)关键制造技术开展理论研究。PLSWT关键制造技术由8 500 mm环形密封法兰模压弯曲制造技术、双三次曲面构型收缩形体曲面板材半多点成形工艺、风洞全尺度有限元分析及气压结构强度校核共同组成。提出PLSWT关键制造技术体系研究报告。创立了8 500 mm环形密封法兰(RSF)模压弯曲成形制造技术。

Abstract:Supported by the key project of National Natural Science Fund of China “Fundamental Research on Forming and Manufacturing of Ultra large Parts” and Special Research Fund of Harbin Scientific and Technical Innovation Talent “Precision Bending of Flanges with Complicated Cross section”, theoretical research on key techniques and forming mechanism for manufacturing large pressurized low speed wind tunnel (PLSWT) was conducted, in which the size of test section is about a magnitude of 4m. There are several key techniques for manufacturing PLSWT, i.e. press bending for manufacturing seal flanges with 8500mm in diameter, half multi point forming for curved shell with bicubic curved face shape, finite element analysis of the integral wind tunnel structure and air pressure check for structural strength of wind tunnel. Research report of key techniques system for manufacturing PLSWT is put forward.Press bending technology for manufacturing ring seal flanges (RSF) with 8500mm in diameter was established. Bending mechanism of an asymmetrical cross section flange was analyzed first.
