板料成形的数值模拟及其在U形法兰件中的应用

摘    要:板料成形的数值模拟可以预测并显示板料在拉深过程中的起皱、拉裂、板料的厚度变化等。描述了板料成形的物理过程、力学模型与模拟典型成形过程,讨论了数值模拟的数学方法与有限元模拟及其求解步骤,并运用软件Dynaform模拟分析了U形法兰件的成形过程,分析了零件的厚度分布,预测了零件可能产生起皱的部位,提出了消除或减少起皱的工艺改进方案。

Abstract:The numerical simulation of sheet forming can predict and display crinkling, drawing breakage and variation of sheet thickness in the process of drawing. The physical process, mechanical model and typical simulation process for sheet forming are described. The mathematical method of numerical simulation and FEM simulation as well as its calculating procedures are discussed. The forming process of U-shaped flange is simulated by the software Dynaform. The thickness distribution of the part is analyzed. The positions that can cause crinkling are predicted. The solution to eliminate or decrease crinkling is put forward.
