基于改进的OPTA的并串混合细化算法

摘    要:现有的指纹细化算法存在着很多问题,如细化不彻底、纹线吞噬、骨架偏离纹线中心等。对OPTA(One-Pass Thin-ning Algorithm)算法和改进的OPTA算法进行了深入的分析和研究,指出了各自的优点和缺点。在此基础上提出了一种基于改进的OPTA的并串混合细化算法。该算法扩展了改进的OPTA算法的消除模板,舍弃保留模板,同时用缩小的消除模板来彻底细化。对以上算法进行了编程实验。实验结果表明,算法不仅保持了改进的OPTA算法的优点,也继承了OPTA算法的并行性,是一种较为理想的细化算法。

Mixed Parallel-Serial Thinning Algorithm Based on Improved OPTA
Abstract:The existing fingerprint thinning algorithms have many problems,such as thinning not complete,ridge swallowing,skeleton deviating from the ridge center.In this paper,OPTA algorithm(One-Pass Thinning Algorithm)and improved OPTA algorithm is conducted in-depth analysis and research,their advantages and disadvantages are pointed out.On this basis,a mixed parallel-serial thinning algorithm based on improved OPTA is proposed.The algorithm expands the elimination templates of improved OPTA algorithm and abandons the reservation templates,while the narrowed elimination templates are used to thoroughly thin.In this paper,the above algorithms are programmed experiments.Experimental results show that the new algorithm not only maintains the advantages of improved OPTA algorithm,but also inherited the OPTA algorithm parallelism,so it is an ideal thinning algorithm.
