低输入电压同步整流型Buck变换器

摘    要:为了减小中小功率多路输出DC/DC变换器的体积,一般采用单端反激磁隔离反馈技术,次级采用多绕组整流输出加线性串联电压调整器或磁放大器二次稳压控制方式.由于低压差三端稳压器为线性串联调整方式,因此随着输入输出电压差的增大,效率会随之降低,并且低压差三端稳压器在空间应用还存在单粒子瞬态效应,造成输出电压跳变.针对空间飞行器对高可靠性、高效、低输入电压降压变换器的应用需求,用通用PWM控制技术,设计了一种输入电压最低可达3V的同步整流型Buck变换器,提高了DC/DC变换器效率.

Abstract:In order to reduce the volume,small-power and medium-power multi-output DC/DC converters generally use the single-ended flyback circuit and magnetic isolation feedback technology,multi-winding rectification on secondary side connecting linear regulator or magnetic amplifier.When the differential voltage between input-voltage and outputvoltage increase,the efficiency of the linear regulator will decrease.The space single particles radiation effects also can cause the output-voltage of linear regulator transition.An input voltage at(least 3 V) synchronous rectification Buck converter based on aerospace applications is proposed,using PWM technology to improve the converter’s efficiency.
