一种宽带接收机中放单元的设计

摘    要:提出了一种基于超外差二次变频结构的宽带中放单元的设计方案和工程实现,通过自动控制可变增益放大器AD8367的增益,使不同幅度的信号经过接收链路后输出保持平稳,并给出了ADS仿真模型和仿真特性图。最后按照ADS仿真模型设计电路并对最终电路进行了测试,仿真特性图和实测结果图之间存在一定的差异,但其性能指标完全满足系统设计的要求。

Abstract:A super heterodyne receiver based on dual-conversion related how to design and achieve a wideband intermediate frequency amplifier unit is given.Changing the gain of AD8367,the output intermediate frequency keeps constant although the receiver chain accepts different signals.The intermediate frequency amplifier is simulated and the simulation characterists are performed in ADS.According to the ADS simulation model,the final circuit is made and tested.These exists a little difference between the characteristics of simulation and test results,but the system performances are met in practical operation.
