摘    要:在制浆造纸废水处理的好氧工段,溶解氧浓度是重要的被控变量,其控制过程是一个大滞后、多变量、非线性、多干扰的过程。本研究提出了用专家前馈控制器和模糊PID反馈控制器组成前馈-反馈控制系统来控制曝气池中的溶解氧浓度。MATLAB仿真和实际控制数据表明,基于专家前馈-模糊PID反馈的溶解氧浓度控制方案的控制效果好,超调小,响应速度快。

Dissolved Oxygen Concentration Control System Based on Expert Feed-forward and Fuzzy PID Feed-back Control
Abstract:In the aerobic treatment process of pulping and papermaking wastewater, dissolved oxygen (DO) concentration is an important variable. However, the process of DO concentration control is a large time-delay, multi-variable, nonlinear process with multi-interference. This paper designed a feed-forward and feed-back control system for controlling DO concentration. The expert controller was used as a feed-forward controller. The fuzzy PID controller was used as a feed-back controller. MATLAB simulation and practical applications results showed that DO concentration control system based on expert feed-forward and fuzzy PID feed-back control had good performance, including smaller overshoot, faster response. The control system could solve the problems of inaccurate and multi-interference of the DO concentration control math model.
