摘    要:泄漏式光纤液位测量方法利用一定的手段使得光在光纤传输时发生损耗,当外部介质的折射率发生变化时,光纤传输损耗的程度就会发生变化,通过测量出射光光强变化便可获得液面高度。首先简要分析了泄漏式光纤液位测量方法的基本原理,然后根据光纤在纵向与横向上产生泄漏实现方法的不同,对其进行了分类。最后对不同种泄漏式光纤液位测量方法在加工难度、量程以及测量精度等重要参数上进行了分析与比较,并对它们的应用前景做出了展望。

Abstract:The optical fiber liquid-level measurement proposed in this paper is based on the leakage of light transmitted in an optical fiber. Owing to the leakage, when the refractive index of external media changes, the transmission loss will change, and then the liquid-level can be obtained by measuring the change of the intensity of emergent light. First, a brief analysis of the basic operating principle of the optic fiber liquid-level sensor based on light leakage is presented. Second, a classification is provided according to the implementation methods of leakage in the horizontal and vertical directions. Third, some important measurement parameters are compared, such as processing difficulty, measuring range and accuracy. Finally the prospect of its application is made in this paper.
