近阈值电压电路研究进展

摘    要:近阈值电压技术是一门能够进行低压低功耗电路设计的新型技术,并在应用中取得了成果。从近阈值电压技术的提出背景和发展现状开始,围绕与传统设计的比较分析,展开论述了其技术优势及问题挑战。针对近阈值电压技术的设计挑战,结合实际电路分析其解决方案。最后,简要介绍阈值电压技术的产品化成果,并对其未来发展做出展望。

Abstract:Near threshold voltage(NTV) is a new technology of integrated circuit design, which is an effective way to solve the low voltage and low power circuit design, and the achievements have been obtained in the application. Firstly, the background and development status of the near threshold voltage technology were described. Secondly, compared with the traditional design, the benefits of NTV technology and its design challenges were described. Thirdly, some solutions of design challenges combining with existing near-threshold circuits were discussed. Finally, a brief introduction for NTV product fruits was given, and the prospect of developments on NTV technology was put forward.
