Abstract:The application characteristics of molding materials such as ceramic sand,inorganic binder,special casting coating and the layout of molding unit,regeneration unit and sand supply unit were introduced.Production examples show that ceramic sand+inorganic binder+mechanical dry sand recycling process can improve the recycling of solid waste(waste sand)in casting enterprises,reduce the solid waste more than 90%,improve the workshop production environment and reduce the investment of environmental protection equipment.Through process design and production beat management,the production efficiency can be improved and the cost of foundry enterprises can be reduced.
