Abstract:35kV Power cables are mainly used in the medium voltage loop network of urban rail transit power supply system.The cable cross-sectional area determines the cable ampacity,and the ampacity that the cable can withstand during operation also affects the cable selection.Combined with Xianshi section(Xianyong Shizhou station)of Foshan Metro Line 2 phase I project,the influence of environmental temperature,cable laying mode and other factors on ampacity is analyzed.According to the current under the actual working condition,the ampacity of the section cable under the action of different factors is obtained.According to the current carrying capacity of the section,it is verified that the cross-sectional area of the cable meets the actual working requirements.
