摘    要:为了研究牵引冲击负荷对牵引变压器油纸绝缘热老化及寿命的影响,本文考虑冲击负荷的负荷率、持续时间以及时间间隔对油纸绝缘进行加速热老化试验,通过聚合度分析了试样老化规律,并提出了 一种评估冲击负荷下油纸绝缘寿命的经验表达式.结果表明:在研究冲击条件范围内,基于优化零阶动力学模型的经验表达式可有效评估任意冲击负荷下牵引变压器...

Abstract:In order to study the effect of shock load on the thermal aging and life of oil-paper insulation of traction transformers,this paper conducts accelerated thermal aging tests on oil paper insulation considering the load rate,duration and time interval,analyzes the aging pattern of specimens by aggregation degree,and proposes an empirical expression to evaluate the insulation life under shock load.The results show that the empirical expression based on the optimized zero-order kinetic model can effectively evaluate the insulation life of traction transformers under arbitrary shock load within the studied shock conditions,which provides some technical references for the subsequent related research.
