摘    要: 利用Gleeble 3800热模拟试验机,通过研究X70管线钢相变组织形成规律和再结晶规律,进行了两阶段多道次控轧控冷工艺模拟试验,了解优化精轧的开轧温度、终轧温度、穿水后冷却速率和弛豫时间等工艺参数对X70管线钢的微观组织结构的影响。结果表明,在优化后的控轧控冷工艺参数下,X70管线钢得到以针状铁素体为主的均匀细化的理想组织。

Abstract:The transformation production and recrystallation for X70 pipeline steel has been carried out on the Gleeble-3800 simulating machine. Based on the schedule with two stages, multi-pass controlled rolling and moderate cooling rate was applied to hot rolling experiments, The effects of the technological parameters such as the refine start rolling temperature ,the finish rolling temperature, the cooling rate and the time on microstructure and mechanical property were analyzed. The result shows that the ideal volume fraction of the acicular ferrite would be obtained under good technological parameters.
