面向大规模定制的住宅产业敏捷生产体系

随着我国经济社会发展和住宅技术水平提高 ,住宅产业开始向着工业化、规模化方向发展 ,同时我国渡过了住房极度短缺的时代 ,住宅逐步实现商品化 ,居民对住宅的要求趋向个性化。如何解决工业化大规模生产与住宅多样性、个性化矛盾的问题 ,成为推进住宅产业化的生产技术关键。面向大规模定制的敏捷生产正是解决这个两难问题的有效方法。本文通过比较建筑业、制造业与住宅产业生产经营的特点 ,提出住宅产业适合采用面向大规模定制的敏捷生产方式。进而通过对住宅产业敏捷生产体系构成要素的分析 ,建立了分散网络集成生产的住宅产业敏捷生产体系框架 ,阐明了该体系的总体目标、信息处理、组织体系、管理模式等要点。

AGILE PRODUCTION SYSTEM FOR HOUSING INDUSTRY ORIENTED MASS CUSTOMIZATION

With the development of economy and society and the technology level of houses in our country, housing industry has begun to develop towards industrialization and mass production. At the same time, the era that houses were extremely lacking in our country has passed, and the houses have been progressively realized commercialized, the housing demand has become individualized. How to solve contradiction between industrialized mass production and the variety, individuation of houses, has become the key of production technology to push housing industrialization. It is exactly that agile production Oriented mass customization is the effective method to solve this dilemmatic problem. Through comparing the characteristics in production and management among construction industry, manufacturing industry and housing industry, this paper puts forward that housing industry is suitable for adopting agile production system facing mass customization. Then through analyzing key elements of agile production of housing industry, the agile production system frame-dispersed networked integrated production has been presented, and its main target, information processing, organization system and management mode, etc. have been clarified.
