| 摘 要： | 将数字正交采样法引用到压电测试中,对压电参数的测试方法、正交采样的理论两方面进行了研究,完成系统结构设计并给出了相应的软硬件实现方式,最后计算出机械品质因数和机电耦合系数等压电参数,并对测试结果进行了误差分析.测试结果表明,此方法能测量谐振频率与机械品质因数等压电参数,谐振频率测量误差在1％内,且能在一定范围内准确的记录材料的阻抗变化趋势.

| Abstract: | Digital quadrature sampling method was introduced to piezoelectric parameters testing system in this paper.Two aspects were studied: piezoelectric parameters testing method and theory of digital quadrature.Then the system designed was completed and gave the corresponding mode of software and hardware.Finally mechanical quality factor and electromechanical coupling coefficient could be calculated with error analysis.Testing results showed that this method could accurately measure the resonant frequency,mecha... |
