摘    要:理论分析光纤Bragg光栅(FBG)生物传感器的折射率与温度传感原理.设计并制作一个单端腐蚀的FBG传感器同时测量折射率与温度,利用数值计算消除温度变化对生物传感器的影响.实验结果表明,消除温度影响的传感Bragg波长的变化量随酵母菌培养时间的增大而增大,在0~10 h酵母菌处于生长繁殖的缓慢期,其酵母菌数量少,浓度低...
