| 摘 要： | 循环经济是近年来在西方发达国家兴起的一种新型经济发展模式,已经取得了良好的经济效益和环境效益.但由于我国现阶段的经济增长方式仍以高技术、高消耗、低产出、不协调为特征的传统经济增长方式,处于对循环经济这一经济发展模式的引入阶段.因此如何以科学发展观为指导,以我国实际出发,大力发展循环经济,促进可持续发展走向深入,就成为当前一个迫切急需解决的重要课题.
