摘    要:采用压延工艺将片状化Fe-Si-Al粉与橡胶以适当比例均匀混合制备出了噪声抑制片,并用微带线法测试了样品的传导噪声抑制特性.结果表明,材料的传导噪声抑制效果随着球磨时间的增加而提高,在球磨21 h时达到最佳,继续增加球磨时间则会导致传导噪声抑制效果减弱.不同厚度样品的传导噪声抑制效果的差异主要是由于改变了填充因子造成的.

Abstract:The noise suppression sheet was prepared using the rolling process by mixing Fe-Si-Al flakes with polymer in an appropriate ratio.Its conducted-noise suppression effect was measured by the micro-strip line method.The results showed that the conducted-noise suppression capability was enhanced with increasing the ball milling time and it reached the best for 21 h of the ball milling,as the ball milling time went further,the noise suppression effect decreased.
