摘    要:介绍了国内外金相试样抛光机的研究情况,以及各种类型抛光机的性能与特点。就我国抛光机的性能和冷却装置等方面存在的问题进行了讨论;以微处理器为基础的各种制样设备代表着金相试样制备的先进技术,通过机电结合、软硬件结合及互补,增加柔性抛光功能,改进冷却方式等来改造传统的金相试样抛光设备。

Abstract:The study on metallographic specimen polishing machine at home and abroad was introduced. The function and characteristics of various polishing machines were given. The problems concerning capability and cooling system of the polishing machines made at home were discussed. The specimen preparing devices based on the microprocessor were the representive of the advanced metallographic preparation technology. In such ways as the combination of machine with electricity, combination of software with hardware, addition of the capability of flexible polishing, an improvement on cooling system and so on, the troditional metallographic polishing devices would be ameliorated.
