石门水电站增效扩容工程效果分析

水利部、财政部于2011年启动了农村小水电增效扩容试点工作,陕西省石门水电站被列入试点.根据最新颁布的《小水电建设项目经济评价规程》,结合改造项目的自身特点,探讨分析石门水电站增效扩容工程经济分析评价思路和有关问题处理方法,分析评价了项目效果,结果表明该项目费省效宏,经济效益显著.

Effect analysis of capacity expansion of Shimen Hydropower Station

Shimen Hydropower Station in Shaanxi Province is listed as one of the pilot projects by the Ministry of Water Resources and Ministry of Finance in the initiation of capacity expansion of small hydropower projects in rural areas.Discussions are made on the approach of economic analysis and method of solving problem for the capacity expansion project of Shimen Hydropower Station,in accordance with Economic Assessment Guidelines of Small Hydropower Project and features of expansion project.The result of project analysis is given and assessed that shows that the project is in low cost and with high and remarkable benefit.
