化工企业污水“零排放”认定探讨

化学工业是江苏省南通市的支柱产业之一,也是高耗水行业。通过制定《南通市市辖区污水"零排放"企业认定管理办法(试行)》,加强对化工企业污水排放管理,对于提高水资源利用效率具有重要意义。以南通江天化学品有限公司为例,从认定目的、标准、程序和管理规范等方面,对污水"零排放"认定全过程进行了分析和探讨,以便今后在同行业中进一步推广应用。

Identification of ＂zero discharge＂ of polluted water of chemical industry

Chemical industry is one of the supporting industries in the Nantong City of Jiangsu Province. As a high water consumption industry, it is required by the Management Regulations for Identification Enterprises of ＂Zero Discharge＂ of Polluted Water in Nantong City that will be significant for reduction of wastewater discharge of chemical plant and enhancement of water use efficiency. Taking Nantong chemical Ltd Co as an example, the identification process is evaluated including purposes, standard, procedure and management norm, which is beneficial for further extension and application of the approach in the chemical industry.
