摘    要:结合近期中小河流治理存在的问题,针对我国中小河流现状,提出了中小河流治理原则以及中小河流治理评价准则,进行了中小河流治理关键技术探讨,评析了中小河流治理中纵横断面的设计原则,旨在恢复中小河流生物多样性生境基础,在安全性基础满足的条件下,尽可能修复中小河流生态环境,促进人水和谐.

Abstract:Considering the existed problems of medium and small rivers harness recently and in view of current status of medium and small rivers,the principles and evaluation criteria for medium and small rivers are proposed.The key technologies of managing medium and small rivers are evaluated.The design principles of vertical and horizontal cross-section of the medium and small rivers are also evaluated in order to restore the basis of biodiversity habitats in medium and small rivers,to repair ecological environment and to promote harmony between man and water.
