摘    要:镇江市引航道水利枢纽工程经过对先期施工的35根灌注桩进行检测,发现承载力达不到设计要求.经研究,针对灌注桩在地下水水位高、地质条件复杂、成孔困难的实际情况,为了提高灌注桩的质量,采取了深基坑梯级降水、换填黏土等措施,并采取桩内后注浆技术,提高了灌注桩承载力.对先期施工的35根灌注桩采取桩底压密注浆技术处理,使其达到了灌注桩承载力的要求.

Abstract:It was found that the bearing capacity of 35 pouring piles in the construction of Approach Channel Water Control Project in Zhenjiang City could not meet the design requirement.In order to improve the quality of pouring pile,measures of cascade water degradation in deep foundation pit and change and fill clay are employed and technology of post-grouting in piles is used for the increase of bearing capacity of pouring pile.Moreover,technology of compacted grouting under pile is applied during the construction of 35 piles so that they can meet the design standard.
