黄河滩区是黄河下游河道的重要组成部分.随着经济社会的发展,滩区作为群众生产、生活以及牧业开发、旅游、生态保护的重要区域,其地位愈来愈高.兼顾防洪和社会发展需要,合理开展滩区安全建设,适度进行滩区开发,可以较好地保证滩区群众安全,促进滩区经济发展.在分析滩区治理现状的基础上,提出了滩区综合治理原则和滩区安全建设、开发模式.

Safe development model of flood plain in the Yellow River downstream

Flood plain of the Yellow River is one of the key parts of the river course in the downstream.Being an area for production and living of people and husbandry development,tourism and ecological protection,the flood plain becomes increasingly important.Rationally development of flood plain by giving equal attention to flood prevention and demand of social development can ensure safety of people and economic development in the area.The principle and development model of flood plain are proposed.
