岭澳二期一回路主设备包采购管理

岭澳二期核电站一回路主设备包供货项目由中外三家单位组成联合体共同完成设备的设计、采购和项目管理工作,是中方向外方学习先进制造技术、先进管理经验的机会。本文介绍了5年来项目执行中实际运用的采购管理方法,并分析总结了分包合同管理中应对各种问题而实际采取的措施,这对未来核电站设备采购工作具有一定的借鉴意义。

Procurement Management for Primary Loop Main Equipments Package Contract of Ling Ao Phase 11 Nuclear Power Station

Primary Loop Package Contract of Ling Ao Phase II nuclear power station is performed by a Consortium composed of three companies from and outside China, whose scope of work mainly includes equipment engineering, procurement and project management. It is a chance for the Chinese companies to learn advance marmfacturlng technology and management experience from the foreign companies. This article presents the procurement method adopted by the Consortium during the 5 years＇ projeet performance. The authors analyze and summarise the really adopted measures to the difficuhy encoutered during the subcontract management. The method and measures may be used for reference during equipment purchasing for nut, lear power station in the future.
