摘    要:运用三维造型软件Pro/E建立YT5815P型车架的三维实体模型,将其导入ANSYS后,采用板壳单元离散车架,建立车架有限元模型。基于车架有限元模型的基础上,应用有限元法对其进行静动态特性分析,动态特性分析包括模态分析、谐响应分析及瞬态动力学分析。通过静力分析,获得了车架在弯曲工况和扭转工况下的应力及变形分布情况;模态分析采用试验与计算机仿真相结合的方法,获得了车架自由状态下的固有频率、振型特征,同时,车架有限元模型得到试验模型的验证;对车架进行谐响应分析以及瞬态动力学分析有助于提高系统的稳定性及乘坐舒适性。最后,综合分析结果,对车架结构提出了一些改进建议。

Static and dynamic characters analysis for the frame of low -speed truck

Abstract:3D model of the frame was established by using Pro/E. Based on finite element method, software ANSYS is applied to build the FEM model of YT5815P frame and element type is shell63. Then static and dynamic characteristics of frame are analysed. Dynamic character analysis included modal analysis, harmonic analysis and transient analysis. Stress and deform distributions are obtained under the bending and torsion work condition. Natural frequencies of the frame are obtained through modal analysis and the results are analyzed. Experimental modal results confirmed that the FEM model is reliable. After studying static and modal characteristics, dynamic stability of system is researched according to the results of harmonic analysis and transient analysis. Finally, some suggestions are given combining static and dynamic analysis results.
