空间连杆机构综合的快速算法

摘    要:本文提出空间四杆机构综合的一种方法,以共面、共球面条件建立 R-S 两副杆刚体导向综合方程;以等距、等夹角、共面条件和反位移原理建立 R-R 两副杆刚体导向综合方程;以共球面条件建立 S-S 两副杆刚体导向综台方程.使得同样的综合问题其方程数和设计变量大为减少,从而缩短了计算时间。最后给出 RRSS 刚体导向综合和 RSRC 双函数再现综合。

Abstract:In this paper,a method for synthesis oe spatial four-bar linkages is presented in which the synthesis equations of rigid-body guidance generator are set for binary R-S by co-plane and co-sphere surface conditions,for binary R-R by the equal distance and co-plane and equal-twist angle conditions and inversion theory,and for binary S-S by co-sphere surface conditions, In this way,the number oi the equations and unknown variables is decreased. As a result,the computing time required for synthesis can be reduced.Finally, synthesis of RRSS mechanism for generating rigid-body guidance and synth- esis of RSRC mechanism for generating bi-function are given to illustrate the method.
