| 摘 要： | 指出了工程结算与工程决算的定义以及两者的联系与区别。工程结算与工程决算的联系表现在:两者都是在工程完工后进行的,都要使用同一过程的资料,而且前者是后者的组成部分。其区别主要在于范围、主体、时间、作用和主管部门不同。

| Abstract: | There are relations and differences between project settled accounts and project final accounts. They both are operated after projects are competed and using data derived from the same process. Meanwhile, project settled account is a part of project final account. However, they have differences in the views of scope, entity, time, function and competent authority. |
