热轧厚度自动控制仿真系统的设计

摘    要:本文介绍多机架连轧机的厚度自动控制仿真系统。正常生产的轧机不可能提供太多的试验机会,为给某热连轧厚度自动控制系统的改造提供一个仿真实验的平台,通过对某钢厂热连轧机轧制控制过程的深入研究,采用组件对象模型(COM)技术将轧机7个机架的厚度自动控制系统进行模块分割,并对每一个子模块进行机理建模,然后利用Matlab中的Simulink来封装联结各个子模型,最后建立起热连轧多机架仿真系统,为生产现场试验新工艺、新产品提供了一个安全、可靠、离线的软环境。

Design of the Simulation System for Automatic Gauge Control in a Hot Rolling Mill

Abstract:The paper introduces a simulation system of Automatic Gauge Control (AGC) of a multi-stand continuous rolling mill. A rolling mill on normal operation does not allow frequent tests. In order to provide a simulation experimental platform for the innovation of AGC system of a hot continuous rolling mill, a simulation system of a multistand hot continuous rolling mill is built by using COM technology to module-segment the AGC systems of the seven stands, with each module mechanism-modeled, and using of Simulink in Matlab to encapsulate and link each sub-model. The system provides a safe, reliable and off-line soft environment for the condition of on-line production to test new technologies and develop new products.
