微米级楔形微调结构

摘    要:目前在大多数机械设备中,对结构进行微量调整时通常采用千分尺调节机构,但由于千分尺的精度为0.01mm,因此在进行0.001mm以上精度等级的调整时,仅利用千分尺便无法满足要求。针对这一问题,可采用将千分尺与机械结构有效结合,提供一种能够进行0.001mm以上精度调整的千分尺楔形微调结构来解决。

Abstract:At present,in the majority mechanical device, we usually uses the micrometer Carries on the adjustment to them,But because the micrometer's precision is 0.01mm, when carries on the adjust to the device of which precision above 0.001mm ,only using the micrometer adjusts is unable to answer the purpose. In view of this question, we will provide one micrometer wedge shaped trimming structure which is composed by the micrometer and the mechanism, it will be able to carry on the adjustment to them whose precision above 0.001mm .
