摘    要:采用二乙基胺(R2NH)为活性剂,N-甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)作为吸收剂,采用合成氨工艺中的变换气(CO2的体积分数18%~19%)为原料气,用超重力反应器进行了变换气脱碳的实验研究。考察了液体流量、转子转速、反应温度、反应压力、气体流量对脱碳效果的影响。超重力旋转填料床反应器与传统塔设备相比,具有二氧化碳脱除效率高、低液泛、处理能力大、能耗和运行费用低、占地面积小、操作简便等优点,具有良好的工业应用前景。

Abstract:Removal of carbon dioxide from the shift gas (φ(CO_2=18%~19%) by high gravity technique with N-methyldiethanolamine as absorbent and diethylamine as active agent was studied experimentally. The influences of operation conditions, including liquid flux, rotor speed, absorption temperature, pressure, and gas flux, on carbon dioxide removal process were investigated in the high-gravity rotating packed bed reactor. Compared with conventional column equipment, the high-gravity rotating packed bed reactor could remove carbon dioxide more efficiently with low-flooding, large capacity, low energy consumption, low operating cost, small footprint and easy operation, therefore it has good prospects for industrial applications.
